Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you receive it. Please get in touch with us at sales@hometownevolution.com before initiating a return. Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it with proof of purchase. Please email us with the applicable tracking number once you ship your return.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of any concerns. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund back to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. We are happy to send you a prepaid return label at our lower rates but will deduct it from the final total. If there is a defect in your order or we made a mistake, we will cover all charges.
